The day-to-day operations of CHF are led by the senior management team (SMT), which is headed by the Executive Director (ED). The ED is supported by the Head of Programs and a team of program managers and support staff including finance managers, procurement managers, gender advisors, research managers, and specialists who ensure timely execution of all our programs and projects we engage in.
